By accessing and using DetectWP Stack ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all users of the service.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

DetectWP Stack is a free web-based service that analyzes WordPress websites to identify:

• WordPress plugins and their versions
• WordPress themes and their versions
• WordPress core version information
• Associated web technologies and frameworks
• Professional PDF reports of findings

The service is provided free of charge and requires no user registration or account creation.

You agree to use DetectWP Stack only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to use the service:

• To scan websites without proper authorization or for malicious purposes
• To violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, employees, or other users
• To overwhelm the service with excessive requests (rate limiting applies)
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems

To ensure fair usage and service availability for all users, we implement the following restrictions:

• Rate Limiting: Maximum of 10 scans per hour per IP address
• Batch Limits: Maximum of 5 URLs per batch scan request
• Timeout Limits: Scans are automatically terminated after 60 seconds
• Report Storage: Scan results are automatically deleted after 24 hours

Users who consistently exceed these limits may be temporarily or permanently restricted from using the service.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DetectWP Stack and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You retain all rights to the URLs you submit for analysis. We do not claim ownership of the websites you scan or their content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

DetectWP Stack is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the service or the information, content, or materials included therein.

• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of scan results
• We do not warrant that defects will be corrected
• We make no warranties about the results that may be obtained from using the service

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DetectWP Stack, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DetectWP Stack and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the service or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your use of the service, you may simply discontinue using the service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DetectWP Stack operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
